Bagaimana Memanfaatkan Pemetaan / GIS saat bencana

1.       Mengumpulkan Informasi

 

Mengkontak langsung kepada teman-teman atau nara sumber yang ada yang berada didaerah tersebut untuk mengetahui mencari informasi tentang terjadinya bencana yang terkait langsung didaerah tersebut, berapa jumlah korban yang terkena banjir baik orang yang meninggal, sakit, gangguan kejiawaan, rumah yang rusak, Level kerusakan berapa luas lahan yang terkena.

 

Mencari informasi tentang tempat pengungsian, kebutuhan hidup yang segera dipenuhi baik sumber air bersih tempat tinggal dan makanan. Mencari tau juga resiko bencana terjadi terhadap masyarakat adakah terjadinya penyakit diakibat bancana tersebut misalkan diare, demam, dan juga kemungkinan akan terjadinya banjir susulan.

 

Dari bencana tersebut mencari tau juga tentang instansi-instansi yang bermain di daerah bencana, misalkan dari pihak pemerintah, LSM local, dan juga dari masyarakat itu sendiri.

 

2.       Membuat Peta

 

Setelah itu membuat peta sementara yang berisi tentang legenda-legenda yang menerangkan bahwa didaerah tersebut terjadi bencana lengkap dengan batas administrasi, akses jalan, pukesmas, pasar dan informasi lainnya apabila dibutuhkan

 

3.       Memprofilkan Data (Membaca Data)

 

Membuka kembali data podes dan melihat daerah mana saja yang terkena bencana, lalu menampilkan data-data seperti kerentanan penduduk, jumlah laki-laki, jumlah perempuan, sumber air minum, tempat pengungsian, sumber pangan dan berapa jauh jarak yang bisa ditempuh antara ibu kota kecamatang dengan kabupaten.

 

Mencari informasi juga tentang copyng masyarakat, apa yang dilakukan dan dikerjakan untuk bisa bertahan hidup dalam mengahadapi bencana.

 

4.       Menyebarkan Informasi

 

Mengirim data-data informasi kepada teman-teman dan pihak yang terkait sebagai data sementara bila ada perkembangan informasi yang diperoleh dari lapangan atau teman.
